What we text you about
Program: Austin Tea Party customer texts. Austin Tea Party is the assumed name of Greenstein Property Tax LLC, a Texas limited liability company.
We text only our own customers, about their own account: that they are signed up, that we filed their homestead exemption or protest, a reminder to update their driver's license to their home address, and the result. We do not send marketing texts. Message frequency varies, about six texts a year.
You can choose texts only on our own website, atxteaparty.com, when you sign up with us or in your customer account. We do not buy, rent or receive phone numbers or texting consent from anyone, including home inspection companies and data providers we work with, and we never text a number we received from them.

Texting is not a condition of any service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end. Reply HELP for help.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your number
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We send text messages only to a mobile number whose user checked a text-message box on atxteaparty.com. We never text anyone based on an agreement signed with a home inspection company or any other third party.
How you opt in
You opt in by checking the texting box at sign-up on atxteaparty.com or by turning texts on in your account. It is not checked for you and you do not need it to buy anything.
The number we text from
512-598-4967. We reply to texts on it.
Stopping
Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE or OPT OUT, or tell us in your own words by text, by email to stop@atxteaparty.com, by email to hello@atxteaparty.com, or in your account. A stop revokes your consent to calls, texts and marketing email. Account and filing emails continue. You'll get one text confirming the stop. Replying START does not turn communications back on; opt in again in your account.
