Services

We help Texas homeowners with homestead exemption filing and property tax protest work connected to the home they own and occupy.

Fees

Homestead exemption filing is free. Protest work is billed only from realized savings: 40% of what we save you, nothing if we do not win, no minimum fee, and nothing collected up front.

Your Information

We use property, contact, authorization, deadline, document, and county record information to provide the service and maintain the account.

Authorization and Revocation

You can ask us to stop work or revoke communications by contacting us at hello@atxteaparty.com. Text-message consent can also be revoked by replying STOP.

Customer Responsibilities

The service depends on accurate ownership, occupancy, contact, closing, county-account, and document information. If something changes, tell us so the filing record stays correct.

Communications

We may contact you about your property tax matter by email, phone, and, when you choose texts, SMS. Texting is optional.
